WE WILL BE INSPECTING CLOTHING ON THE RACKS DURING/AFTER DROP OFF. YOU WILL NOT GO TO AN INSPECTION TABLE. DROP OFF PROCESS:
You can come ANYTIME during drop off hours, NO APPOINTMENTS needed! ANYONE can drop off your items!! We cannot accommodate early or late drop offs. All large items ex: cribs, pack n plays, playhouses, etc. must be put together by the seller, unless NEW IN BOX. Unassembled items will not be accepted, unless new in box. ALL PIECES MUST BE PRESENT and no modifications allowed to items (ex. metal rod attached to support broken frame). Bring your own muscle to move large items and tools to assemble items. PICK UP STARTS AT 5:30pm and ends promptly at 6:30pm, we can not accommodate early/late pick up requests. You must be IN THE DOOR by 6:30pm.
For those items NOT marked for donation, please pick up your unsold items at the Washington County Fairgrounds on Sat Feb 22 5:30-6:30pm ONLY.
Depending on how many people we have working Sort shift + how many unsold items we have to sort, we sort for 4 hours and get as far as we can. Our goal is to sort clothing and table items to 100s only, if time allows, we will sort tables to the individual consignor.
You will gather your unsold items from the correct 100s section. Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes to pick-up your check and items.
You will be checking 3 areas for your items:
Any items NOT PICKED UP BY 6:30pm WILL BE DONATED to local charity TBD.
We will not make calls to contact consignors who forget to pick up their items. We can not accommodate early/later pick ups. No exceptions.
Sellers will be paid via Echeck (electronic check) emailed by 8pm FRI FEB 28, 2025 to the email address on file.

An email with Pick Up details will be sent Fri pm Feb 21 and a reminder email + text Sat am Feb 22, 2025. Refer to your Consignor Agreement on your Consignor page for more pick up info.

- We will have a Lost & Found table/rack for any items/clothing that have lost their tag or become separated.
