How to make + print tags!

Let's DO THIS!!
Each item must have its own unique tag!
If it’s a 2 pc item, include that info in the item description but it can be sold as a set and just needs 1 tag.
Step 1: Log into your consignor page HERE
Step 2: Once logged in, click on MENU, then Work with Consigned Inventory.
This will take you to the CONSIGNOR INVENTORY MENU. Here you can add your items to database, print tags, view sold items nightly during sale week and print inventory reports.
Step 3: Fill out the tagging template for each item you plan to bring.
When making your tags using our online tagging system, please fill out all the info on the tag template, including:
Category: clothing/shoes MUST go in correct category. Other items select something close.
Select Size/Gender: (REQUIRED for clothing/shoes/leotards/dancewear/bathing suits/coats)
DO NOT WRITE SIZE + GENDER IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION SPACES.
Price: you decide the price!! Pricing starts at $1.00 and increases in $0.50 increments.
Price to sell keeping in mind the quality, name brand and condition of your items.
Wee-Cycle typically suggests 50-90% of the original price.
Price your items in $ .50 increments.
Target, Walmart clothing brands will sell at lower price point.
Mall clothing brands, name brands, boutique brands will sell at higher price point.
SELLING INFANT SIZES NEWBORN to 18months?
Remember, there is an abundance of items 0-18 months! Most are barely worn and in good condition, given as gifts, etc.
PRICE COMPETITIVELY and allow your items to go half price.
Item Description: brief item description (to ensure we can return tag to item if they become separated)
Discount/No Discount: you will choose whether or not each item will be discounted to 50% off on 1/2 Price Day on Saturday. Wee-Cycle recommends marking items for DISCOUNT!!
If you edit tag info after it is printed (change price or discount status in database), you MUST reprint tag!
Do NOT handwrite on the tag to change discount option, discount status is embedded in barcode.
Donate/No Donate: if you item does not sell, you can decide to donate it or get it back.
HOW TO PRINT TAGS
Go to Consignor Inventory Menu-> print tags-> here you can decide if you want to print ALL your tags or just select tags.
Tags print 10 tags per page. DO NOT RESIZE (shrink/enlarge) tags!
Run a test page of 10 tags and ensure printer is working properly and tags look good!
Tags must have distinct space between barcode lines, all info on tag must be crisp and sharp, not blurred/fuzzy/faded.
No lines or missing info on tags.
If you are low on ink, replace print cartridge before printing tags.
If you have printer at home, you can print tags at any time on white cardstock.
Tags that don't scan slow down the check out line and have to be hand keyed!
Tags that are faded, smudged, printed poorly or don't scan will be subjected to a $5.00 fee deducted from your consignor check.
You can save your tags as a pdf and email that pdf to a print shop (local print shop, UPS Store, Staples etc) to have them print your tags.
Call the store and ask for store email, then email the pdf and ask for it to be printed on white cardstock. They can even cut tags for a small
