Consignors earn 70% of your sales!
A $12 consignor fee is deducted from your check.
Consignor fee helps cover overhead costs like: venue rental, event insurance, postage, printing, work comp insurance, payroll, payroll taxes, travel expenses, office supply costs, etc.

Consignors will be paid via Echecks (electronic check) emailed to you no later than 8pm FRI FEB 28!
REFER-A-FRIEND and earn $5 for every NEW Consignor you send to Wee-Cycle, no limit!! ($5 added to your consignor check)
Wee-Cycle hires registered Consignors as Seasonal Employees to staff our event!

Thur Feb 20: Presale Day! Consignors DO NOT have to register for any presale, you'll receive your presale passes when you drop off your items!
Fri Feb 21: 1/2 Price Presale!
How to monitor your sales online!
Each night, after we close the registers, sales totals will be posted.
You can see total items sold and sold items by logging into your consignor page->Menu->scroll to the bottom, you can see:
Estimated earnings: approx. earnings based off items sold
View sold items: items sold to that point
**Unsold items report will not be available until after close on Sat Feb 22.
Seller Reports and donation reports will be available after echecks are issued.
*NOTE: if you have tags that do not scan and they are entered by hand, they may show up on your sold item list as “non inventory item added during sale” or may be blank in description with only a price.
If you do not see a sold item listed, check for anything matching the same price without description or as “non inventory item”.
Each night, we close at 9pm Thur, 8pm Fri and 12pm Sat. The registers often run an additional hour after closing time, then totals need time to upload, so your patience is appreciated as we close each night.
In the event of internet issues and totals will not upload, you will be notified if totals will NOT be posting that evening.
